Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I hope that you are really pleased with your purchase but please check your items carefully on delivery and if there are any problems let me know within 3 days of receipt and I will do my best to find a suitable solution.
If you are not completely satisfied I will offer a refund or exchange if the item is unused and returned within 7 days still in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, the cost of the item will be refunded (through Paypal) once returned.
Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard (formally known as Airmail) and can take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. The buyer is responsible for any/all custom duties, import tariffs, taxes or handling fees incurred when the package reaches it's destination country. If in doubt you should contact your local customs/tax office for further information.
