Buying from me
I'm a part time crafter who loves coming up with new designs to make in gorgeous new and recycled fabrics. Everything I make is of the highest quality and with great attention to detail.
Ready made items are sent out in 5 days, including personalisation. Customised makes will take longer - details are on the listing or message me.
I use Royal Mail first class or tracked 24 hour as standard - but contact me if you want a different mail service.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I am sure you will love your unique item as much as I loved making it.
Of course we all change our minds sometimes and I am more than happy to offer a refund (or replacement if you prefer) - just return it in an unused condition within 28 days. You will need to pay return postage.
I will always offer a full refund or replacement (including shipping costs) if any item has a flaw or fault that is my mistake.
For all returns, please contact me first so I can give you the full return delivery address. Refunds will be given on receipt of returned item.
