I am a firm believer that a business without good customer service is doomed, regardless of how good your products may be, this is my ethos that I work to every day.

I offer a custom laser cutting and engraving service and high end bespoke home wares. We also offer a cut to size timber service along with bespoke furniture and gifts. We can supply Laser Ply, Poplar plywood, Birch plywood and MDF.

I founded this business as a way to enjoy my hobby, turn a profit and all in a way that will fit in with my beautiful family. It has turned into a solid business and one that I love to come to work to every day.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
