At The Little Baby Boutique we believe your little one's clothes should look as Cute As A Button and be as UNIQUE as their personality. We are a UK Cottage Industry company producing Made To Order Unique Children's clothing that feature are own in-house designs. From new born to 6 years old.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

MADE TO ORDER​
All our clothing, even items that are not personalised, are MADE TO ORDER, which affects returns & cancellations.
Details can be found in our policy sections.
We are a truly personalised small company that does not carry any stock items.
When an order is placed, that's when we cut the vinyl design and begin production.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Please recheck all spellings, just to be sure that all your spellings are correct.
People tend to have nick names and pet names that can be unusual.
We will use the name supplied to us, exactly in the way that it was written.

CANCELLATIONS
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us. 
We begin production of your order soon after it is placed. This involves cutting materials for a design that we may not be able to reuse.
For this reason we do not accept returns & cancellations.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will only use your postage and billing address, and contact information to
Fulfil your order or Communicate with you about your order, or
for legal reasons ONLY if asked to do so by a government department.

ETHICS
As Children's clothing designers, retailers and mothers, we will not design or sell any name or graphic that could be considered socially or morally offensive.

DISCLAIMER
Babies and children should never be left alone with items that could hurt or injury them.
Please be aware of the following:-
Tote bags, Cot shoes & Door plaques all contain cotton or satin ties.
The bags and boxes that your little ones items arrive in are packaging materials and not designed as toys.
We personally do not recommend putting a child to sleep wearing a Hoodie or Hooded Romper Suit.
For clothing that has our Glow in the Dark design pieces, do not place the item on any electrical lights to charge them.
Please be aware of all our policies before purchasing.
