Honey, Bee Products & Cut Flowers

Hello and welcome to our Folksy store, run by beekeepers based just outside Cambridge. We like our beekeeping and honey to be kept as natural as possible so we specialise in producing raw, pressed honey and cut comb honey. Like our honey, our bees are also kept as naturally as possible, while still carefully managing them to ensure they stay healthy and productive. This means we minimise interference in the hives and allow them to produce their own natural honeycomb to store the honey and do not use any harsh chemical treatments on our hives.

We think our less intensive approach to beekeeping produces the best tasting honey, and many of our customers do too, but this does mean we produce less honey per hive than those that are intensively managed and so we sell out of our own honey very quickly. We are working to increase the number of beehives we manage over the coming years but to ensure we can supply our customers year round we work with other local beekeepers who are able to supply us with some delicious local English honey until our next harvest. As well as raw honey, this honey is also available from us as runny and soft set honey.
