I aim to dispatch all pre-made orders as soon as possible but always within 3 days of payment.
Custom orders may take longer, especially at busier times of the year, but this will always be stated on an items description.
If you need an order quickly or by a certain date please contact me at email@example.com or through the contact seller button before ordering and I'll try my very best to meet your needs.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
