My name is Helen Gillam and I am a mother of two crazy girls and craft in my ‘spare’ time.

I have always loved creating and designing and have been doing so since I was a little girl creating things for my toys, which became more formal as I studied Design Technology for my GCSE’s and A levels. I have been creating to sell for over 15 years as a Paper Crafter and as a Jewellery Maker for over 6 years.

My Jewellery Making predominantly uses Genuine Gemstones although I have begun to use Swarovski Crystals in my creations due to a specific commission request by my sister.
My favourite form of Jewellery making is wirework where I shape and form my creations from strands of wire and watch as a piece of unique creativity emerges - no two creations are ever exactly the same.

I have always enjoyed paper crafting and exploring mixed media pieces whether that be for home decoration, Journaling or Scrapbooking. I have always made cards of some form or another since I was a little girl, folding a piece of paper and drawing a picture on the front. I even designed my own wedding stationary over twenty years ago! As card making has developed in the last couple of decades my favourite genre has become decoupage as I love building up layers to produce the final image.

I really enjoy making customer design requests and specific commissions especially those that help to stretch my jewellery making horizons. If you would like a commissioned piece especially for you please feel free to email me.

So in a nutshell, I design and create distinct handcrafted items and bespoke handcrafted Gemstone Jewellery. I have always been creative and love to make things often because I couldn't find what I wanted elsewhere or saw something and thought I can do that and I'll do it in my own style.
