We welcome custom orders, and since we only ever burn free-hand, we can make anything you're looking for. We will chat to you about what you need, do sketches and work through ideas; give you an idea of how long it will take; and when you can expect it to arrive. We make everything to order, but if you're in a rush, let us know and we will do everything we can to get it to you in plenty of time.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
