I live with my family, spaniels, rabbits and free-range chickens on the Yorkshire moors close to Skipton in North Yorkshire.

I initially trained as a furniture restorer at the London College of Furniture. Whilst working on some country house restoration projects, I was also asked to help with the curtains, cushions and other soft furnishings. Over a number of years I have helped to transform the interiors of some wonderful homes. I now work exclusively in fabrics and soft furnishings.

I am commissioned by designers in London and elsewhere to turn their designs into reality. I have always said that if you can draw it, I can (probably) make it.

Apart from working to the briefs of others, I love to give my imagination free-rein and to create products of my own invention and design.
