Handweaver, handspinner and all things yarn.

I work from home on the outskirts of Salisbury in Wiltshire where I design and weave unique fabrics which are then sewn into beautiful scarves, shawls and cowls. I use predominantly sustainable fibres such as merino lambswool, cotton, bamboo, cashmere and silk. I handspin some of my woven wools and during the summer months will hand process, card, spin, dye and weave both sheep and alpaca fleeces, going from fleece to fibre.

I spin on an Ashford traditional wheel and more recently an e-spinner and weave on small rigid heddle looms or my large 8 shaft Louet floor loom.

My best selling item is the infinity cowl scarf which combines sewn pieces of my handwoven fabric and merino knitted fabric which is often repurposed from a recycled jumper. Sustainability, reducing, reusing or repurposing valuable fibres is important to me. These cowls are made in a large range of colours and weaves.
