If you adore quirky colourful jewellery & homewares, you're going to love my little handmade store .

I've always loved colour and creativity, and how much fun it is to express yourself through the use of it. From a teenager I'd love cutting up plain t-shirts and clothes, then sewing on ribbons, sparkles and random phrases; and creating jewellery from odds and ends I found like ring pulls and nuts and bolts. Because life's just more fun that way isn't it, haha? To me accessories are such an easy and joyful way to express yourself, whether that's through vibrant dangly earrings and brooches or witty art prints for your walls. I don't think it's ever been easier to find ways to wear your colourful heart on your sleeve, ears or walls!!

It's so hard to narrow down what inspires me on a daily basis...everything would be the short answer haha. I think when you love something - for me that's colour, pattern and wordplay - your subconscious is always thinking about it. So I can be out with the dogs and an idea for a new colour scheme will pop in to head, or maybe I'm waiting for a bus and the cracks in the pavement look like a interesting pattern or often I'll have a great idea for an art print or card as I'm dropping off to sleep (so I always keep my phone/notepad and pen to hand).

As for my other passions, they would my 2 Pooches <3 Mrs Pickle & Boo and indeed the Natural World as a whole; World Cinema especially horror; animation from across the Globe, reading and just a general love of facts and gaining knowledge. I do all this and more in my little home where I'm lucky enough to live in the heart of the beautiful Somerset Countryside.
