It all started with my dad's old retro skis, a wedding, and memories of seasons working in the Alps.....
My (now) husband and I made a shot ski to add a little mischievous fun to our big day and it didn't disappoint. In fact, it became the talking point of the wedding (and the source of many a-hangover the next day, including my own).
Since then, my friends have asked to borrow the ski for their 30th birthdays, 40th birthdays, 70th birthdays (!), university parties, hen-dos, stag-dos, weddings etc etc and it has become a renowned party piece travelling far and wide, now accompanied by a notorious reputation.
People were asking me where they could buy their own ski and I realised that there was nothing quite like it available so I set up the Shot Club to bring shot ski happiness to the world....
It's a simple process. You fill the shot glasses with your tipple of choice (I would recommend Jägermeister myself but each to their own), stand in a row all holding the ski and shot on.
I have 3 types of ski, our handmade wooden skis are our most popular. We build the ski ourselves, complete with pointed tip like a normal ski and varnished to add a rustic, retro colour. We can paint any message or logo onto the ski (See below for details).
Our 3 man and 4 man skis are pre-used skis. They have all had a happy past life on the piste and though I only use the best skis, they do come in varying conditions and some may have a few battle scars.
We have also introduced new ideas and new products to spread our love of shots! The TableTop Shot is a stunning piece for a wedding, dinner party, or general festivities, and ShotPong, well....it's guaranteed fun and craziness!
We want you to be able to style your Ski, Shot Pong board or Table Top Board however you like. Writing a message on the bottom of the handmade Shot Ski is included in the total price for the ski but if you would like any additional customisations, for example, a message or logo on the top of the ski as well as the bottom, then you can opt for an additional customisation which costs £10.
If you would like any customisation, a handwritten message or logo on the Shot Pong or Table Top Shots then you can also opt for this addition.
