From an early age I knew I was born to create. My passion for all things involving needle and thread have driven me to experiment in a range of textiles techniques over the years. My favourite craft indulgences are hand embroidery, patchwork and quilting.
I live in a rural village near Hull and am luck enough to be surrounded by nature not only in my garden, but down a disused railway track which inspires my wildlife and flower hoop embroideries.
During lockdown I think everyone has begun to realise the beauty of the world around us and how precious our planet and people are.
My items are made in my smoke and pet free home. Items are one off as I could not replicate exactly the same even if I tried, there will always be variances. Like every person is unique I believe my works should be too.
