Buying from me
I normally post within one day of receipt of payment. If there are any issues at all I will always contact you. I hope you will be pleased with your purchase but if you are not, please contact me. If you would like a custom order, please contact me and I will let you know if it is possible. Custom orders cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
