Fibre butterfly.............

I love sewing, knitting, yarn dyeing, quilting, making jewellery, crochet, making cards - in fact I'm a crafting butterfly. I make 'one of' items. You may see the same item in my shop but there will be a slight difference. I don't like mass produced, so I don't mass produce. I started knitting in primary school, we had to. So I made knitted garter stitch, royal blue slippers with a lime green cotton lining. I got some strange looks then but I think I was ahead of the times!!

My inspiration comes from whatever I find. I see a yarn or fabric and I like it, I buy it then I decide what I'm going to do with it. I don't think that's how its supposed to work but it works for me.
