I had a very nice handwritten message with the earrings thanking me and offerering money off my next purchase, which I do appreciate. The earrings also arrived very quickly. However, sadly the earrings I bought for my granddaughter didn’t look like the online photo. My fault I suppose as they were only four pounds. Haven’t returned for such a small price but have given them to charity shop instead as I’m sure someone will be glad of them.
