Unfortunately the item I received was not the item pictured and the description did not explain that it would not look like the pictured item (otherwise I would not have purchased it). It was also not in the best condition as parts of it were slightly bent - although this probably wouldn't have been a problem had I decided to keep it. Ingrid has been very helpful on the return/ refund front.
