Advocate of the Handmade

I have always been captivated by small tactile objects and have always loved making things that I can share and enjoy with other people, so when a tutor on my college art and design course suggested creating a contemporary jewellery collection for one of my projects it made perfect sense! Why have I never thought of this before?! This was a complete lightbulb moment for me, and so jewellery became the perfect outlet for my creativeness which I have been exploring and obsessing over ever since.

After college I went on to do a decorative arts degree where my main focus of study was metalwork, upon completion I decided it was time to set up shop. I aim to create unique, beautiful and high-quality pieces of jewellery which are designed to be worn, and loved.

I primarily work in sterling silver with the addition of gold and semi-precious gemstones to highlight and enhance my work.

Every item is individually designed and handmade by me in my Derbyshire workshop using traditional jewellery techniques.
