My jewellery takes its inspiration from the shapes, colours and textures of the natural landscape. I love working with natural materials, especially gemstones, sometimes perfectly faceted, sometimes rough cut and organic. I also use carefully selected fine Czech glass beads, to add a touch of vintage style, and all of the findings I use are solid sterling silver or gold fill.
My love for jewellery making has developed over years of crafting while working and caring for my family. As a lifelong city dweller, I’ve always been drawn to the British countryside, and spend as much time as I can outdoors. My work is nearly always inspired by the magic of the natural world and this is reflected in both my paintings and jewellery.
