I ordered a pen from this site which unfortunately was out of stock but nothing was too much trouble for Richard. He offered a substitute, slightly more expensive than the one I ordered, but held the price. It came almost immediately and is beautiful. Lovely balance and super quality Very happy indeed. Lovely, unique pen, bought as a gift for my dad who has some arthritis in his fingers and finds it difficult to grip standard pens. As this has a thicker barrel, it will be just what he needs. Has a good weight to it and is obviously very good quality. Excellent communication from seller throughout.

This is my fourth purchase from RG pens .They are amazing ..Bought them for my Granchildren and they love theirs.,Speedy delivery and an email from the maker. I can thoroughly recommend the magnetic roller ball ,but, I am sure all the other pens are just as good!

Eveything went smooth and I am very pleased with the service. Richard went out of his way to create this fountain pen for me and I am just in awe. It looks beautiful, fits my hands perfectly, has a nice weight to it and you can feel the quality of this product. I have zero to complain about - in fact I am positively surprised just about HOW MUCH i love the writing experience. The pen glides across paper as a hot knife through butter and there are no such things as hard starts or skipping. The snap cap of the pen is also very convenient and I think I have a new favorite pen.
