Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All items are quality checked before posting, no one wants a bad review right? If you are unhappy for whatever reason then please let me know as soon as possible. I hate to see a disappointed customer.
After a decade of online sales I have only had one item go astray (can't beat those odds right?) In my experience the majority of international packages arrive within 5-14 days but if you are still waiting after this period let me know.
I am told by my lovely Post Office man that Royal Mail will consider an item lost after 20 working days. If your item has not arrived by then I can either offer a refund or send out a replacement.
If you are not happy with your design for whatever reason, please contact me as soon as possible. I of course accept refunds, buyer must pay return postage and once the item arrives back to me in it's original state, I will issue a refund of the item price and original postage paid. This refund will be made using the original payment method, either to a credit card or Paypal account.
Custom work is none refundable.
