Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Handmade Jewellery, Fascinators, hair accessories, earrings and custom made items are not returnable/refundable at my shop if the original hygiene seal has been opened or damaged due to hygiene laws. As colours can vary on computers, I understand the colour may not be suitable, but please ensure you assess this before opening the seal.
For any return, the original outward postage cost and the return postage cost will be at the buyers expense and will not be reimbursed. The returned item must be sent using a tracked delivery service as refunds cannot be actioned if the item has not been received. A refund of the item (not postage) will be credited to your original payment method on receipt and inspection of the item and packaging seal. If the item or seal is damaged the refund will not be issued as I will not be able to sell it in my shop. Please ensure you agree to these terms and conditions prior to making a purchase from me.
