All items are completely handmade by myself (Amy) and they all have had lots of love and care poured into them.
All items that need to be are completely CE tested to meet all regulations, however are not recommended for children under the age of 3 years old.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to me for a refund/replacement or credit note within 14 days of receipt in a new/unused condition, please ensure you have notified us via email of this decision as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: bespoke and personalised items are not covered by this cancellation/returns policy and can not be returned unless damaged or faulty. If your order has been damaged or is faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation/returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. In this case we will cover the cost of returning the items where necessary.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the ‘Cancellation/Return’ form, provided the goods are returned within the 14 day period. All refunds will include the cost of standard postage for your order.
