Paper2Pearls is a unique range of hand folded origami jewellery. All the paper elements are hand folded or moulded using a range of recycled paper and card, paper from old books, maps, sheet music, magazines, egg boxes and even the packing paper used for your last online delivery.
Once folded, all the paper elements are carefully finished with several coats of good quality waterproof varnish to add shine, strength, and water resistance, meaning that all pieces are more durable than you would expect (although not waterproof).
Why paper jewellery?
It's light and easy to wear so that even the large statement earrings and necklaces are elegant and comfortable.
Jewellery made from paper makes unique jewellery design affordable for all.
To be more sustainable and eco-friendly the jewellery uses recycled paper and card. The packaging of your parcel is also likely to utilise recycled and recyclable paper, cardboard and materials such as jute or raffia, which means you may receive your jewellery in a pre-used box or envelope.
