Buying from me
All my suncatchers are handmade using an acrylic sheet which is then edged with lead tape and a hanging chain is attached, I then hand paint a design onto the acrylic sheet using glass paints.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
My suncatchers are edged with lead so you should wash your hands after handling them. They are decorative and should be kept out of reach of children.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return postage costs of any items that you send back to me. If you are returning an item to me please inform me at paintedladygifts@yahoo.co.uk or using the message link in my shop.
All items are packaged appropriately to protect them during transit however if your purchase arrives in a damaged condition please inform me within 48 hours at paintedladygifts@yahoo.co.uk or using the message link in my shop including a description and picture of the damage and you will be given a full refund.
