Hello there!

My name is Veronica and I am the owner at My Candy Cloud. After many years working in the financial sector, I decided to change careers when my beautiful daughter was born. She is the inspiration behind my business, it was then that I created My Candy Cloud. In my shop you will find classic baby and children's clothing made by myself in the UK. Everything is made with attention to detail using premium fabrics.
Most items are made to order so you can choose from the fabrics and designs available. Ready made items and accessories are dispatched within 5 working days. Please refer to my current shipping time for made to order items.

Buying from me

I personally source all fabric, cut and sew all your lovely items! I also answer all e-mails, social media and do post office runs, thank you so much for keeping me busy! :) I am new here but please buy with confidence as I have been runing my little business since 2015, I have hundreds of 5 starts reviews!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

* Made to order items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and therefore returns are not accepted. In the exceptional case where the item is faulty, we will discuss a return.

* Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of ordering.

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

* All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for within UK and tracked for overseas customers, I cannot be held responsible if and item is lost or delayed in the post but I will assist the customer as much as possible.

FAQ's

Safety
Please note that many of my items have buttons and/or snap closures, which could be choking hazards for small children if they come lose, so please before your little one wears any piece of clothing make sure they are properly attached. Also, never let your baby sleep with a headband or a bib on, always remove them first.

Care instructions
I suggest washing your items inside out on a gentle cycle or hand wash and use a warm iron from the reverse, please make sure not to iron over snap closures!

Shipping address
Please make sure your address is up to date within Folksy and Paypal as I will be shipping to that address. If you need your items sent to a different address you can always leave me a note at checkout or send me a message within Folksy with reference to your order number. I cannot be held responsible if items are sent to an incorrect/not up date address. I appreciate your collaboration in this matter.
