Buying from me
All my products are hand made so non are the exact same. All my items are in stock however I can make to order so please contact me before hand if you wish for a certain colour / style and i will endevour to assist in your personal request.
I endevour to ship items quickly however due to my part time job i am unable to post on a Monday.
My Postage costs are for the UK but please contact me if you wish for items to be sent abroard.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you have any queries about your purchase and / or are not happy with the item, please email me for return details and i will happily replace or refund your product
