Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We can't accept returns for custom items, handmade to order, sale items, customer chooses the wrong size, colour or design or accepting damaged items from couriers.

Information on our products is provided in the description so read carefully.

Pictures and videos are available for helping customers to make there decision to buy.

If you have a damaged parcel/item YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT! it from the courier! Immediately take photos tell the couriers you cannot accept the item and then contact us. Accepting damaged items will result in any returns & exchanges denied.

We only accept returns on manufacturer faults! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Return costs are always the buyer's responsibility.

Customs, Import Taxes & Charges
The following responsibilities are for the buyer’s;

- Whilst we will do our most to help you in an event that your order is held at customs. We are not accountable or responsible for the item being held. Please contact your local customs office for information on why it is being held.

Please! If you are unsure please contact your customs office before purchasing.

- Import taxes, charges and duties are NOT! included in the item or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities

- Please contact your customs office to determine what these additional costs are before buying your item.

- Extra shipping surcharge may be applied depending on your domestic or international locations. All items are shipped from the United Kingdom

More About Delivery
You will receive shipment notification and tracking information once package is ready for shipment.

It is highly unlikely for our items to receive shipment damage due to our secure packaging. In the unlikely case of your item being damaged please DO NOT ACCEPT! the parcel. Please document any damage then contact us immediately.

Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the UK , some other regions are subject to additional shipping costs.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders with insufficient paid postage.

Exchanges
We do not expect exchanges. The only circumstances we expect exchanges is if your item has a manufacturers fault.

It is highly unlikely for our items to receive shipment damage due to our secure packaging.

In a case of unlikely shipment damage do not accept the parcel from the courier. Please document any damage and take as many photos as you can then contact us immediately.

Accepting damaged parcels will result in exchanges not been accepted.

Price changes/Part Refunds
Sometimes our prices change.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept part refunds on purchases that have changed in price after the sale date. We are not eligible to refund the difference. As we live in a ever changing competitive market we have to change our prices regularly from time to time. We do apologise if we do drop the price after you've purchased just take in mind we do this for competitive reasons.
