Welcome to Me & Ffi

I design and make everything you find here from my little studio in the Welsh countryside.

I can personalise any of our paintings, jewellery and accessories to make them just the way you'd like.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

non personalised items can be returned for a full refund minus postage fees within 7 days in original packaging and original condition. Please contact us for returns procedure

earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or refunded.

personalised items are non-refundable, please ensure all details and spellings supplied are correct
