Hand carved Sculpture from salvaged stone

Since early 2019 I have declared that no work will be produced from new stone. Only waste stone is to be used for the production of sculpture in this or any other McAlistair Hood workshop. Nothing can be done to reverse the damage I've done to my home planet in the past; but henceforth I can only try to reduce my harm to zero. All work shown on my website declares the origin of the stone used.
More than just sculpture - your sculptor is a lifestyle pioneer. A veteran barefoot distance runner and open water swimmer, McAlistair Hood sleeps outdoors almost every night. This lifestyle feeds into his workshop output and his choice of subject matter.

In addition to the sculptures that you can buy here, You are very welcome to commission unique and top flight figurative stone sculpture or produce your own masterpiece by enrolling on one of the McAlistair Hood stone carving courses.
