Buying from me
I sell here, through Facebook, and a variety of Markets [details on Facebopok Page] through the Northwest of England.
As well as the items I have listed here, I can also do custom designs - please contact me if you don't see what you want.
In order to keep costs down whilst still going for reliability, I send my goods Royal Mail 2nd Class. In the event of multiple purchases, I will recalculate the postage.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If light string fails, please contact before returning, as I may not need to have it back. Breakages and damage to either bottle or light subsequent to delivery are not covered.
