My name is Jenn and I am the person behind Maple Bear Baby Wear
I an a Canadian expat living in a pretty part of Wiltshire.
I am a mom to two gorgeous boys and part of a blended family with my partner
and his three children.
I knit and crochet in the time between kids, work and various activities. My creations come from my love of all things yarn.
I LOVE yarn! I love seeing the colours, I love the feel of the textures and I love the possibilities of what I can make.
I like to think that when someone has taken the time to hand make something - whether it was a family member, a friend or an independent crafter - the item crafted is made love to give someone special a soft and cosy hug every time it is used.
I particularly like this thought when it comes to babies. Giving the gift of a hug in those precious moments, special occasions or a simple "just because hug" to see you through the harder days.
