I am a full time working mum who loves to knit in her spare time, creating bespoke hand knitted goods. I initially began with creating one of a kind Bears but as time has passed I have been asked to create other items. I have also enlisted the help of my mum! Items can be requested to individual specifications, All Mama Smith's Bears are filled with regulation fire standard polyester filling

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
