Each individual clay creation is lovingly crafted and/or painted by hand from a wide variety of clay's. I love making new creations so if you would like a custom order order please get in touch.

Maddison Gifts is an independent UK based small business. At Maddison Gifts you will find an abundance of handmade creations, including children's name and door signs, inspirational, friends and family gift ideas, wall art, home decor, miniature fairy homes and doors as well as many other unique creations. Many items can be made to order and personalised to your own specifications.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if items are not custom orders:

Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I can't accept returns for custom or personalised items. These orders can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order please get in touch.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
