Hello! I'm Caroline (The Llama Lady) and I design and sell llama related items that would make the perfect gift for llama llovers everywhere!

My name is Caroline, I am married with 2 sons and live in Somerset, UK. I also have a small herd of llamas, many of whom are 'rescue' animals who I have saved from an uncertain future. Keeping them fed and healthy is an expensive business!

All profits from the sale of my creations (many of which have been inspired by the image of a llama, or have been made from our llamas' fibre) goes toward their upkeep and the necessary hay, feed, vaccinations etc.

All my llamas are unique characters with distinct personalities of their own. Do please have a look at my website to see what I mean.

Buying from me

Welcome to llama-rama, your Folksy source for all things llama! All my creations are unique and original, using whatever materials I have on hand at the moment - so no two items are ever the same. All the profits from my creations go towards supporting a herd of real-life llamas - The Hill House Llamas in Somerset, many of whom were rescue cases - taken on when their previous owners couldn't look after them any more.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
