My alpacas live a very good life in Northumberland. They are sheared once a year (and they need it as they find the UK climate warm). Their fleece is gorgeously soft and breeding choices are made to ensure that each generation produces a wonderfully soft fleece which feels great against the skin.

I keep all of their colours natural, they way nature designed them.

I started keeping alpacas 4 years ago and quickly went from 3 animals to 15!

Alpacas are unique, gentle, intelligent souls. They have a herd hierarchy. They are pregnant for over 11 months and produce 1 baby cria (twins rarely exist and rarely survive). Their primary market is for their wonderful fleece.

Buying from me

Alpaca yarn grown in Northumberland by 9 gorgeous animals: Pep, Moss, Baby, Poop, Orinoco, Skye, Jack, Stargazer & Earl Grey

Spun in a Scottish borders mini-mill, knitted up by me (and my mum Dotty - sometimes)

Colours are 100% natural. Absolutely NO dyes or chemicals are used to achieve the colours or during the fleece washing and spinning process

Alpaca yarn is hypoallergenic (unlike sheep wool) & is beautifully soft next to the skin

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I cannot offer returns on items that have been used.
