Lisa takes great pride in every hand crafted dog collar, belt and browband that she creates. Every item is double hand stitched for longevity and durability, the finest quality full grain leather is always sourced from the most locally available suppliers with superior quality fittings.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Terms & conditions
Orders will be made to the sizes provided when ordered, I cannot be held responsible for your mistakes when measuring. I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that were measured wrong.
Upon receiving your order, if it does not live up to your expectations you have the right to return them within 14 days.
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, unmarked, undamaged condition.
Returned items must be return via a tracked courier.
I cannot accept returns on bespoke, personalised or embossed items unless there is a fault with the product.
If you intend on returning a product you must let me know within 7 days in writing or via email, please enclose your name, type of product you would like to return and the reason you want to return your item.
When returning an item you are responsible for postage costs.
A refund will be given within 14 days via the same payment method once the item has been returned to me.
All items are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks delivery.
