My name is Sarah and I set up Lavender House Gift Company to create unique, personalised gifts perfect for special people and special occasions.

The Lavender House is where I live with my husband and 2 little boys.

Each unique piece is custom made by hand, by me. If something in my shop catches your eye, place an order and I’ll create it just for you. Each design can be created in your choice of colour and wording is fully customised.

If you have something specific in mind, please get in touch. I’d love to work with you on something bespoke.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
