Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All our products offered for sale start off as blank sheets which are then custom made into the products offered for sale. Items that have been custom made or personalised to your requirements are exempt from returns under the Distance Selling Regulations.
If we have made an error in the personalisation, the buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or refund unless the error is contained in a mock-up of personalisation which the buyer agreed to. In this instance, no replacement or return is permitted.
Items that contain no personalisation details and that haven't been made to a buyer's specific requirements may be returned with 14 days from the date of delivery. In such instances, the buyer shall contact us to advise their intention and return at their cost to us. Upon receipt, a full refund will be made. We will refund the original outgoing postage cost up to the value of 1st class recorded. Any delivery method over this is classed as an additional service and is exempt from refund.
If an item is received with an error or is damaged upon delivery, we kindly request a photo to be sent to us. This helps us avoid longer delays and possible wasted return costs.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will need to pay additional postage costs to have the item resent.
