Great love for knitted and crochet items, handmade is my preference

Inspired by the traditional process of making hand knitted and crochet items, Knitaboo was grown out of a time there was a need to focus on my creative side. I just had my little one and I started making items for her. With the arrival of my daughter my world expanded and I met other mothers and my friends started having babies of their own. So the requests started coming in for bespoke handmade items for their own little ones or to be given as gifts. Encouraged by a friend who also provided me with the name Knitaboo was born on the 1st January 2011.

Knitaboo believes that each item is unique. The fibres chosen for each project is picked with great care and research. The time spent creating the item is done with love and passion.
