Both items have arrived very promptly and absolutely beautifully packaged- so much so that it's almost a shame to unwrap them. Also very friendly, unsolicited and prompt refund of slight overcharge on the postage as I had bought more than one item. I just wish I could keep these items for me, but I bought them as a present....

Kate responded super fast to my query with rely helpful explanations. So glad I purchased a handmade album. It was dispatched almost instantly, arrived safely and beautifully wrapped. I was delighted with the journal Kate Bowles sent. The item itself is beautifully crafted, even the packaging was a treat! The hand written note and extra card gave it a personal touch you just can't buy in the shops. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Oh Kate! They came today! How absolutely adorable, I love them! So cutely packaged in the little boxes, I didn't want to open them! And now I don't even want to write in the notebook because I don't want to spoil it! You make everything don't you? The notebooks, the gift boxes, the labels. So talented.
