Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Due to the digital nature of my product I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. But don't worry - if you've ordered a custom item you will have opportunities to review and make sure you love the design & any 'ready to buy' items will be exactly as shown. I'm always happy to amend the scale of the printout if needed and other small changes can sometimes be done free of charge, just ask!
