Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, simply send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it and we will issue you a full refund for your purchase - Please specify reason for return
And message me on Etsy within 14 days of delivered item. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping cost, 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. ( Buyer is responsible if the return is lost or damage during transit )
i will not exchange or refund any item that has been altered , resized etc...
if your item arrived damaged or is missing any stones , please contact me via etsy message immediately with photos of the damaged piece
