My pet accessories are made using premium quality and designer fabrics and materials. I handcraft cat and dog collars using high-quality fabrics, paying particular attention to what pet owners desire for their pets, such as safety, style, and comfort
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I aim to ship product(s) within 3- 5 business days of cleared payment for ready made products.
All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Second Class - unless otherwise stated.
Tracking is available upon request, this will incur an addition cost. Please request this if a rush order is required. If you require this option please contact me prior to payment.
I will always obtain proof of postage and cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in the post. However, if an item does go missing, please inform me and I assist however I can.
I will notify the buyer once the product(s) have been dispatched.
I will only ship to addresses supplied at the Folksy checkout. Please double check the correct delivery address has been entered. I will not send replacement products if incorrect addresses have been supplied. If a product is returned to me by Royal Mail due to an incorrect address being supplied, I will request that further postage costs be covered by the buyer.
International Customers:
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs taxes/fees incurred in their own country on top of postage.
Please note; delivery times to Europe, USA can take from 2 - 6 weeks depending on the time of the year and postal services in that particular country.
Refunds and Exchanges
You (the buyer) have the right to exchange or request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). Jayne Elizabeth Designs (the seller) must receive notification of your intention to request an exchange or refund within 14 consecutive days of receipt of the product(s), your intentions must be made via email to jayneelizabethdesigns [!at] hotmail.com or via Folksy Conversation.
You (the buyer) must then dispatch the product(s) back to Jayne Elizabeth Designs and I must receive the product(s) within 14 days of the cancellation notification - items received after this will be dealt with at Jayne Elizabeth Designs discretion. The buyer pays return postage, I recommend you use Royal Mail Tracked option, as I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
On receipt of the returned product(s) I will either; exchange the product(s) or refund (minus postage costs) within 14 days, refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Please note; product(s) returned must be in their original saleable condition, with no signs of wear. Any signs of wear may result in a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty / defective upon arrival, you may request a replacement of the product(s) or a refund. Please contact me via jayneelizabethdesigns [!at] hotmail.com or via Folksy Conversation within 48 hours of receiving product(s). I do request that the product(s) be returned to Jayne Elizabeth Designs and that they be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. If an item is being returned due to a fault, I will refund the postage.
This refund/ exchange policy does not apply to Custom Made products.
Safety:
Cat Collars and Accessories:
Upon receipt of the collar it is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the collar for their pet.
No collar is indestructible, so please check the product regularly for wear and tear and replace when necessary.
Please do not leave any of Jayne Elizabeth Designs pet products within reach of your pet when not in use, I cannot replace or refund products which have been damaged/chewed.
Kitten Collars:
*It is advised that kittens do not start wearing collars until around 6 months, and only then if the collar fits properly.
A collar should fit comfortably and safely; you should be able to fit 2 fingers between the collar and your kittens neck - if you can fit more than this, tighten the collar and if you can fit less, loosen it. If you cannot tighten the collar as there is no more adjustment, then you must wait for you kitten to grow.
You must wait until the collar fits properly, for your kitten's safety and comfort.
It is also strongly advised that your kitten is supervised until they are used to wearing their new collar.
Kittens grow very quickly, so check the adjustment daily and adjust as needed.
