Buying from me
Dear friends, for made to order garments, please allow up to 4 weeks, subject to availability of fabric, although I will do my very best to make your garment as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 hours as the fabric is usually purchased upon your garment order.
If once you receive your order you are for any reason unhappy with it, please do contact me and I will be happy to work with you for a solution.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
