Landscape and nature photography

I am a proud mum of two beautiful children. I find humble upliftment and joy in capturing the elements of nature,when I'm out and about on walks with my family.

I love visiting old ancient megaliths and stone formations that take us back through time into our ancient past and bring my kids with me telling them stories of giants and fairys.

Through photography I can express how I see the world, and the beauty is that everyone has a different perspective. How do you see it?. I am very lucky to live in such an historic landscape full of legend and storytelling, were the people are wise in culture and spirit. I live on an island town in Fermanagh Northern Ireland, a county submerged in many historic land marks and viewpoints.

Enniskillen is an island town built within lough Erne. A market town fixed on several bridges, surrounded by water. I live opposite the remains of an old workhouse and just around the corner from a famine graveyard and not far from numerous jettys with abundant wildlife, including swans, herons, seagulls and ducklings. Just a few of the charms and hidden gems of my home county which I hope to continue to capture in my photography.

Enniskillen or Innis Caithleinn, is an old hag from Irish mythology named Caithleinn, wife of Balor a giant of the evil eye and according to folklore she is said to be buried here. By which the town is named.

One of Irelands first settlers know as Partholon from irish myth, is said to have brewed the first ale of Ireland on one of the islands of lough Erne.
