Most of my items are ready to post and will be posted within 3 working days. I will usually post your items first/second class signed for added reassurance.
Fully tracked/next day UK delivery is available at an additional cost. Please do get in touch.
All of my items are crocheted by me in Wiltshire.
I do welcome custom orders - you can request the colours of your favourite sports team for example.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
