Buying from me

All the items shown here are made and designed by me unless stated otherwise.

I can make custom orders for anything you see here, turnarounds for custom orders vary by order and time of year but I can explain fully once you have contacted me.

I aim to ship all my items within 3 days of purchase - I cannot despatch items on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Items can be returned to me within 14 days of receipt providing the item has not been worn or damaged in any way. Items damaged by not properly following care instructions will not be refunded.
