2 sisters, one shop, 2 styles decoupage pots and acrylic pour vases.

My sister and I started making pots and vases as a hobby. We received such a positive response from our family and friends that I decided after 10 years of working full time in mental health to reduce my hours, enabling me to spend more time doing what i love, creating individual pieces using acrylic pouring paint on glass vases. Having leftover paint and resin inspired me to expand into creating unique jewellery and other small items.

My sister who has always had an interest in history chooses to use the traditional method of decoupage, which has been around for many centuries. It became very popular in Victorian Britain as a way for the less well off to brighten up their homes, using left over fabrics and paper. We try our best to carry this tradition on by using reclaimed tiles, paper and paints as much as possible.
We also have help from our cats, who like to destroy as many of a carefully crafted items as possible.
