You are very welcome to request a colour change on the name embroidery thread, plus I offer a printed design on cream, white or black linen/cotton blended material. Inside each presentation box are all the things that you need to complete the embroider including instructions, hoop, threads, thread snipper, thread holder, gift tag and presentation box. Please get in touch if there is anything that isn't clear.

Buying from me

Each of my unique designs are created to celebrate your individual name with a selection of flower motifs inspired by my garden. Printed onto a black, cream or white background, the heat soluble transfer is easy to complete with the suggested stitches I have used. All necessary threads are included in each pack, as well as a 6.5in embroidery hoop, thread holder and thread cutter. There is even a gift tag to finish off this kit.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
